Cerulean's virtual consultant service is designed to benefit you:

• Veteran Expertise:  You don't pay to train a new consultant when you work with Cerulean; you get an expert with over 16 years of experience

• Cost Savings:  Rates are less than those of consultants with comparable experience due to low overhead; you pay only the advice you need

• Productivity:  Rely on technology tools such as teleconferencing, email, internet-based file repositories, and other tools to keep in touch and share documents

• Environmentally Sound:  Sparing our environment by traveling less and working remotely saves fuel, improves air quality, and reduces our dependence on fossil fuels

 

How It Works

You can use your time to ask questions, have expert research done on your behalf, or both.

2.  I will review your information and let you know if I can answer your questions.

3.  We schedule a mutually convenient phone appointment.

5.  After the consultation, you pay the remainder of the fee.

Waiver of Limited Liability

To give proper expert advice, any advisor needs to have a detailed understanding of your business circumstances as well as an in-depth knowledge of your previous attempts to resolve the problems or questions at hand.

What this means for virtual consultations is that Cerulean's responses will be limited to the information you provide along with any research we conduct.

As a result, any advice you receive in a virtual consulting arrangement should not be the sole basis on which you make decisions. The answers provided should not be construed as legal advice or a legal opinion on specific facts and circumstances. Cerulean will assume no liability for actions taken or not taken as a result of our discussion. However, should the information and answers provided prove to be incorrect, you are entitled to a full refund of the fee paid.

Virtual consultations are by appointment only and are scheduled in advance.  I provide expert review and advice for up to 3 hours.  Consultations must completed within 30 days of purchase and are not extendable beyond 30 days.
