Return Policy and Other Online Purchasing FAQs

What is your return policy?
We provide a risk-free, money-back guarantee.  If you are not satisfied with any online purchase from Cerulean Associates LLC, notify us within 48 hours of receipt of material along with the specific reasons for your dissatisfaction, and then return it within 30 days of original purchase (in resalable condition), and we will refund 100 percent of your purchase price (less any shipping & handling and bank or payment processor transaction fee).

For downloadable products or live event registrations, you must notify Cerulean Associates LLC within 24 hours of purchase to receive a refund (less bank or payment processor transaction fee).

In order to receive a refund after attendance at our live events (such as a webinar, etc.), you must notify Cerulean Associates LLC within 48 hours of attendance and provide evidence that we did not [1] cover the material promised in the presentation, and [2] did not make the reference material available after the presentation.

For newsletter subscriptions, if you are not 100% satisfied, you may cancel at any time during your active subscription and request a 100% refund of the price you paid for your current subscription term.  All issues are yours to keep, with no further commitment.

We do not want you to have any product or service from Cerulean Associates LLC that is not completely satisfactoryNo questions, no argument, no guilt.  It's that simple.

  

How secure is my credit card information?
We do not handle or store your credit card information in any way - all credit card processing is done through the encrypted process by our payment processor, PayPal.  We receive only a receipt with credit card information in PCI-compliant masked encryption (e.g., all we see on the receipt is XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX for the numbers).

To further guarantee your security, we are an active member of the Better Business Bureau online security program and maintain an active digital security and online safety certification from Network Solutions and VeriSign.  If you have any problems about any level of security or privacy on our site, please contact the Better Business Bureau and file a complaint.

Finally, when you do click through to PayPal to purchase our products (or anyone else's), always verify that your internet browser displays the little lock (typically in one of the corners of your browser or in the title link bar).

 

What do you do with my personal information?
As we note in our Better Business Bureau-certified privacy policy, we do not sell, lease, loan, give, transfer or share your information in any shape or form with any other organization or individual.  Your personal information is as valuable as our personal information, and we hate spam as much as you do.

Unless you specifically tell us otherwise, we reserve the right to periodically send you informational updates on Cerulean news or items of interest as courtesy notifications or reminders only.  These updates are fully compliant with the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 (including the US FTC guidance of 2008), CAUCE (the Coalition Against Unsolicited Commercial Email) and the US online security program, Onguard Online.  You may opt-out of receiving any communications at any time either by sending an email to privacy @ceruleanllc.com, sending us postal mail at the address below, or simply contacting our managing director using the phone number provided below.  We honor all requests for privacy.
