Non-referral Pricing Levels

As former executives, we understand a good business case needs costs, guarantees and good returns on investment.

Pricing Options

Fixed Fee - based upon a mutually agreed value of the results to your business compared; a 10% discount is offered for full payment upfront; travel and materials are usually included.

Performance Based - similar to the fixed fee option, but billed out at 75% of the normal rate; you determine the remaining payment based on your level of satisfaction.

Time & Materials - the non-referral rate for ON-SITE work is $1,600-2,800 (USD) per day, plus travel and materials expenses; this breaks down to approximately $200-350 per hour on-site.  REMOTE work is $150-250 per hour for non-referral rates.

All clients receive three additional services free of charge:

Project Stages - segment your project into staged steps to be more viable budget-wise...and from which you can walk away at the end of each segment.

Transparent Billing - our invoicing is flexible to meet your accounts-payable and budgeting needs; simply let us know the information you need on an invoice (employer identification number, fax number, etc.).
